Archi-Technology works with upstate NY school districts to fundamentally improve the way technology infrastructure and IP-connected building systems are planned, constructed, and maintained.
It all starts with a Technology Conditions Survey (TCS) that examines every square foot of a district's facilities to objectively assess current conditions and recommend improvements.
Since 2015, we've performed our surveys on more than 14 million sq. ft. of school building floor space; that's equal to about 793 football fields! View our new TCS Stats infographic PDF for more fun facts.
If your district has an upcoming Building Conditions Survey, please contact us to see how you can add a TCS at no cost to the district.
In a traditional construction project, Archi-Technology is a consultant acting under the direction of an architectural firm. As such, the costs and responsibility for our professional services are included in the architect's contract with the owner.
For capital projects that are primarily focused on technology systems—e.g., an enterprise-wide technology infrastructure upgrade—the traditional contract model is flipped; i.e., the architect's services for AMEP design and construction management would be included in Archi-Technology's contract with the owner.
