Mark brings more than 30 years of school district experience to the firm including teaching, technology systems management, and, most recently, as Project Coordinator for NYS’s EduTech Regional Information Center (RIC).

He has intimate knowledge and experience with school district procedures, business functions, personnel, and hardware and software needs. As the liaison to (19) EduTech component districts, Mark guided his accounts with clear and concise communication, and regular coordination between the RIC’s technical, software support, and business teams as complex technologies were implemented at school districts.

Technology projects for which Mark has had an active role include VMware server solutions, network systems upgrades and redesigns, financial systems, and student information systems.
