Project Description
New construction of a 166,000 sq.-ft., five story building in 2008.

In 2012, the addition of four additional floors was completed as part of the Cancer Center Vertical Expansion Project.

​Program space for the building includes:

• Patient and Guest Services
• Adult Clinics
• Linear Accelerators
• 30-bed Hemoncology/Oncology unit
• 28-bed Surgical Oncology unit
• Radiation Oncology
• Infusion Therapy
• Research Labs
• 16-bed bone marrow transplant unit​

​​​Archi-Technology's Role​​
Archi-Technology was the lead technology designer for this project as well as the project coordinator of University of Rochester Medical Center staff, vendors and contractors.

​Technology Construction Management (TCM) services were also used by URMC to ensure correct vendor installation and interoperability of the technology infrastructure and interconnected systems.
